As a personal rule of thumb, I do not engage in “carb day.” I feel like you fight so hard to get in ketosis, that having a carb day will only derail your efforts. Due to your age, health, sex, and whether you engage in bodybuilding, you may or may not want to have a carb day. If I find my weight loss efforts stalling, I have a full meal (all keto friendly) where I may go over what I usually eat. I also have tried Intermittent Fasting or Fasting for a day or two. All of these techniques have helped me break a stall.
