I’ve Lost Over 10 lbs Per Month for 8 Months on the Keto Diet!

I have been on the ketosis diet since April 2017. It’s been about 9 months now. I am often asked about what I eat, what recipes I have, and what macros I use. Today, I discuss how you should not over-complicate this diet. it is very easy to follow, but everyone wants to make it harder than it needs to be.
